DELIVERIES, RETURNS and CANCELLATIONS


Deliveries

All orders are despatched and sent via Royal Mail tracked.

  • Our standard delivery is between three to five business days from order processing.
  • We aim to despatch and deliver the products to you as soon as possible. Please be aware that we do not hold large stocks of our products as they are hand poured and freshly made to order.
  • If the supply of products is delayed due to reasons outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible and will work hard to minimise the effect of the delay. We will not be liable for delays with Royal Mail that are outside of our control. If there is a risk of substantial delays, you may contact us to cancel your order and we will offer you a full refund for any products that you have not received.
  • COVID-19 UPDATE – Please be aware that Royal Mail are no longer obtaining a signature at delivery in order to reduce the possibility of transmission at the point of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to take receipt of your package, as we are unable to confirm a delivery time slot. If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your package, they will leave a delivery card for you to re-arrange your missed delivery. It is your responsibility to arrange for the re-delivery as we are unable to assist with this.

Cancellations - If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please email us at info@glomatherapy.co.uk within 60 minutes of placing your order.

Refunds - We hope you love our products as much as we do, however, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, or you change your mind, you may return the product to us in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 28 days.

Returns - In accordance with your statutory rights, you may return products:

  • where there has been an error in the price or description of the product ordered
  • where the product is faulty, i.e. unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose

You are entitled to a refund where the products are returned to us within 28 days of purchase. After 28 days, you are entitled o a replacement product only.

Faulty Products - If your product is visibly damaged on delivery, please inform the

delivery person that you wish to sign as ‘received damaged’

If once opening your package, the product is damaged or faulty, please email us at info@glomatherapy.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving you order. and send us photos or videos of the damaged product for our records. We will then arrange either a replacement or full refund once we have received and inspected the product.

Please ensure that the product is securely packaged when returning it to us and send it via a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Please retain your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been processed.

If you require a refund, we will refund the price paid by you for the products within 14 days of receiving your returned products.

If you purchased one of our gift sets and an item is damaged, you must return the complete set to us and not the individual item.

If you received a promotional gift with your order, you must return the full order.

If you purchased the product using a discount voucher or offer, your refund will be reduced to your qualifying purchase total.
