ESSENTIAL OIL THERAPY
When we are stressed or anxious, our body reacts by developing physical symptoms such as headaches, tension in the shoulders, neck, and back areas. This then impacts our emotional wellbeing, and we suffer with fatigue, change in eating and sleeping habits, which is why balancing the mind and body is so important to our overall wellbeing. Essential Oil therapy can help to relieve both physical and emotional symptoms.
