However, not all workplace stressors are environmental. Sometimes our employees subconsciously put pressure on themselves through fear, worry or anxiety. This could be due to worrying about changes within the organisation, job insecurity, working long hours due to heavy workloads, personal concerns outside of the workplace, or, even from not taking a proper break, and working through lunch.
When our employees are stressed or anxious, whether the trigger is at home or at work, their body reacts by developing physical symptoms such as headaches, tension in the shoulders, neck, and back areas. This then impacts their emotional wellbeing, and they suffer with fatigue, lack of concentration, change in eating and sleeping habits. As employees, one of our solutions is to take some time off away from the office.
The impact of workplace stressors on your organisation could affect schedules, customer service, quality, safety and output, which is why Employee Wellbeing should be high on your priority list.

Although I am based in Carmarthenshire, I do have close ties with Berkshire, and regularly commute between them. As a Mobile Therapist, I am able to provide my services to you, and your organisation, in both locations.
My Background
In addition to being a qualified Aromatherapist, I have spent most of my career working as a Life Coach and HR Management Consultant. I have supported organisations going through periods of change, and helped them address some of the issues stated above. I empowered employees to engage and overcome barriers to change, helping them with their confidence and self esteem, improve their ways of working and enhanced their skills in problem solving, critical thinking, communication and teamwork through workshops and training. It has been the most rewarding and satisfying role I have ever done.
Working with Essential Oils and incorporating them into my coaching and training sessions, has really helped my clients and their teams manage their stress and anxiety levels in the workplace, so they have the tools to overcome the daily challenges that life throws at us.
